A free video for mothers of neurodivergent children or children with disabilities who are doing everything they’ve been told to do — and still feel worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of what’s missing.
Even if you’ve tried everything so far.
Even if your child’s meltdowns still overwhelm you too.
Even if you’ve been living in a state of constant alert for so long that you can barely remember what confidence and ease feel like.

Before your child is even awake, you’re already anticipating how the morning will go. Will they get dressed? Will breakfast become a battle? Will there be another meltdown? You feel like you can never fully switch off.
When your child becomes overwhelmed — at home, in the supermarket, or somewhere public — you feel overwhelmed too. And afterwards, the guilt comes.
You know they are trying to communicate something, but no one has really taught you how to understand what may be underneath their behaviour.
Therapies. Specialists. Research. Effort. Late nights. And yet progress can feel unpredictable. Something improves, then seems to stall. And you’re left wondering whether you’re missing something important.
Instead of resting, you find yourself going over the same questions:
Am I doing this right? What if I’m missing something? What if time is passing us by?
People around you may care deeply, but they don’t always understand what it is like to carry this every day.
If you recognised yourself in any of these, this conversation is for you.
I’m Eliana, a neurodevelopmental therapist with 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, children with disabilities, and their families across Chile, Spain, China, Malta and England.
Over the years, my work has taken me through very different clinical and community settings — and gradually changed the way I understand development and the role parents can play in it.
That perspective became the foundation for Beyond Limits: a parent-led approach designed to help you make sense of what is happening, feel more confident in how you respond, and create more opportunities for connection and development in everyday life.
You don’t need to become your child’s therapist.
You just need a clearer map for the moments you are already living together.
We’ll talk about where you and your child are right now, what you’ve been struggling with, what you’ve already tried, and where you feel stuck.
The goal is to understand your particular situation and identify where meaningful change may begin.
If I believe Beyond Limits could genuinely support you, I’ll explain how the program works and what the process would look like.
And if I don’t think we’re the right fit — or you need something else right now — I’ll tell you honestly.
There is no pressure to make a decision.
Sometimes what you need isn’t another technique, another appointment, or another thing to add to your list.
It’s the opportunity to step back, understand what may really be happening, and see your next steps more clearly.
I understand. You’re already exhausted, and the last thing you need is another task added to your list.
But Beyond Limits isn’t about finding more time.
It’s about learning to make the moments you already spend with your child — getting dressed, playing, eating, navigating a difficult transition, or moving through a meltdown — more supportive of their development.
It’s not more time. It’s learning to use the time you already have differently.
Every child is different.
I’ve worked with children with very different diagnoses, developmental profiles, and needs — including children whose difficulties didn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis at all.
That’s why Beyond Limits isn’t about following a formula based on a label.
We start with your child — what they need, how they communicate, how they experience the world, and what is happening within your relationship and everyday environment.
No. And that’s an important part of the process.
You will become more confident in guiding your child, but you won’t be expected to do it alone.
You’ll have a clear, step-by-step framework, my guidance throughout the process, and a community of mothers who are working through many of the same questions and challenges.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
It’s actually quite different. Beyond Limits isn’t about taking your child somewhere else for another hour of intervention.
It’s about giving you a clearer understanding of your child and a practical map for using the everyday moments you already share as opportunities for connection, regulation and development.
You don’t need another place to take your child. You need a different way of understanding what happens where you already are.
